Please Inspect every garment upon receipt.

All Return Authorization (RA) claims must be reported within the first 10 days or receiving the merchandise. Submit your RA request via:

email to ra@kerismaknits.com or fax via 213-688-8510

Include your store name, invoice number, style number, size and color, as well as a brief description of the damage. Please note only one RA number and call tag is granted per invoice. We urge you to submit your request once the entire order is inspected. Please allow 3-5 business days for a response.

All RA claims made after the 10 days will incur a 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right to deny any late claims. If approved, an RA# will be issued for a credit memo only. You are responsible for the return of the item. When returning an RA, please include a copy of your request or business card with the defective item(s). Also, write your RA# we provided outside of the package and mail to this address:
